Double distinction with Silver Award for the electronic clearances and Bronze Award for the electronic tenders was received by cosmoONE, in the framework of the annual event of “e-volution awards 2014”.
The Bronze award in the category “Companies-Bodies that utilize Electronic Business” was awarded to KAT Hospital for the service of electronic management of requests compareONE-eRFx, which is provided by cosmoONE. The award was received by the Hospital Manager, Mr Evaggelos Voumvoulakis.
KAT has been using the service eRFx since late 2012, for the supply of hemostatic materials, vascular implants, materials for blood sampling, radiology, air conditioners, computer products and several other medicinal and other goods. More than 1,200 Greek and foreign suppliers are registered in the service, 370 of which exclusively for their cooperation with the Hospital, with no financial burden.
KAT has sent more than 1,500 electronic requests for quotes, enjoying major benefits in both the administrative and the economic level, combining speed, reliability and transparency from the use of the service with the simultaneous reduction of bureaucracy.
In addition, cosmoONE, competing among Service Providers of Electronic Business, received the Silver award in the category of Electronic Services, for the total of 5,216 electronic auctions that it has successfully implemented.
The most important ones out of these concerned the – emerging in Greece – process of marketing units of natural gas, mobile phone sales and several sales of property, cars and vehicles, as well as other equipment. The award was received, on behalf of cosmoONE, by the General Manager of the company, Mr. Thanasis Petmezas.
E-volution awards are organized by Boussias Communications. Objective of the event is to highlight best practices and innovative ideas from the field of electronic commerce.
