The SOFTONE Group of Companies acquired today 61.73% of the shares of cosmoONE, a leading company in Greece in B2B eCommerce (eProcurement solutions and services), which was owned by the OTE Group.
With strong know-how and 20+ years of activity in the eProcurement market, cosmoONE has developed and has a wide range of specialized solutions, connected to SOFTONE Group solutions, that can cover all stages of the procurement cycle, from applications for tenders and auctions to ordering, receiving and archiving, and invoicing via the ERP systems.
cosmoONE’s clientele includes large private companies in all sectors of the economy, such as telecommunications, banking, insurance, industry and commerce, as well as a significant number of public sector entities.
