Compliance reflects our clear commitment to the principles of integrity, transparency, justice, professionalism, team spirit and respect for the rules, which govern the Group&#8217;s operation.<\/p>\n<p>To achieve this, Management has established and implements a Compliance Management System (CMS), which pertains to the compliance of all (employees and administration) with the current legislation, the code of conduct and internal politics, so as to avoid risks and other legal consequences for the Group and its employees. Everyone benefits from this: The Group itself, the employees, the clients, the suppliers and the shareholders.<\/p>\n<p>The System\u2019s efficiency relies on management\u2019s and the employees\u2019 support and commitment.<\/p>\n<p>The company&#8217;s CMS is reviewed by independent external auditors who confirm the efficiency of its supporting procedures.<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=&#8221;4.21.0&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;]<\/p>\n<p><b>Pillars of the CMS<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Preventing infringing behavior and simultaneously complying with the policies stipulated by said System. This way, both the Group and the employees are protected from possible legal consequences of infringing behavior, and the risks for the Group\u2019s reputation and public image are diminished. The most notable ways of achieving prevention:<\/li>\n<li>Educating employees on the risks of infringing on basic rules, such as those concerning corruption, fraud, misuse of personal data, corruption of financial data, confidential business information leakage, etc.<\/li>\n<li>the channels that have been developed for communication with the employees, allowing them to ask questions on the implementation of the code of conduct and of policies, in case they are unsure on how to handle issues that arise during their day-to-day work.<\/li>\n<li>The detection of and swift reaction to incidents of infringing behavior. To facilitate the reporting of potential cases of violation of politics, rules and the current regulation, the company has established dedicated <u><b>communication
