As part of the continuous improvement and upgrade of our services, we inform you that the way of accessing our applications has changed.

 

Changing the way you access the platform of our applications, deos not affect the functionality or the graphical user interfaceof our applications, as well as all the data related to requests, tenders, offers and communications.

The new functionality of the portal of the applications sourceONE (compareONE and tenderONE), auctionONE and tradeONE (SOM)

 

The additional features of the new portal www.marketsite.gr are:

 

  • Receive passwords immediately after registration.
  • Change user password.
  • Creation and processing of company and user data, by the corporate account manager.
  • Creation of a consortium / association, by the person in charge of the corporate account.
  • Request to delete/remove users or the company, through the platform.

 

The infrastructure of the new portal of our applications uses the most modern technologies, such as:

 

  • Identification and authorization using OAuth 2.0 and OpenID.
  • Enhanced security code (passwords) to minimize the possibility of malicious exploitation by third parties.
  • Programming using the most advanced tools of Google microservices and Angular web framework.
  • Graphical environment design using Google Angular Material.

 

The above, in combination with the long experience and high level of know-how of cosmoONE’s staff, make the new application platform www.marketsite.gr as the most modern application management environment for all involved with the ultimate goal of their best experience.

HOW TO LOGIN TO THE NEW PORTAL

What’s new in the way of accessing our Applications

 

To date, each user has had three passwords:

    1. the Username
    2. the Company ID
    3. the Password

 

Following the upgrade of our platform, only 2 fields will be required, your “Username” and “Password”, simplifying the login procedure. Your new username will be a combination of your Username and the CompanyID and will automatically be generated by the system as follows (example):

 

CURRENT LOGIN
 NEW LOGIN
Username  = jsmith Username = jsmith@acmecompany
Company ID  = acmecompany
Password = ………………….. Password = …………………..

 

Your new username will be sent to you by email which will include a link to reset your password. Once you have your new username and password your login to the portal will be as follows:

Important notes for current users:

    1. If you do not click on the reset password link within 10 days, please follow the link “I have forgotten my password. What should I do?“.
      Remember, your new Username (username@companyID) is already enabled!
    2. Once you have logged into the new portal, you will find our new landing page and the applications you have access to.
