On Tuesday, February 27, an international tender for the supply of 108 different kinds of symmetrical copper cables with a total budget of 36 million euros. Was held by OTE.

cosmoONE supported the process of the competition which was held at OTE’s Corporate Headquarters. In particular, given the complexity and the large volume of the negotiated information, cosmoONE designed and implemented an information system through which all the offers of the candidates/suppliers were recorded, checked as to their completeness and correctness, and presented through a special display which compared each one to the other, in order to show the best bid for each type of cable.

The international tender, in which 9 groups from Greece and abroad participated, was performed by means of physical negotiation in 3 rounds, resembling a closed auction. The procedure lasted 12 hours during which 2,762 competitive prices were submitted for all types of cables and significant discounts were achieved.
