The shareholders of cosmoONE are: OTE with 30.87%, COSMOTE with 30.87%, Alpha Bank with 15%, National Bank of Greece with 10.08% and
DIENEKIS Informatics with 13.18%.

The Greek Telecommunications Organization (OTE) was established in 1949 and currently is one of the leading groups of companies in Greece and among
the top ten telecommunications organisations in Europe. Apart from our country, OTE operates mainly in the markets of Eastern Europe and the Middle
East. This is the largest Greek group and includes several subsidiaries with impressive results, such as COSMOTE and OTEnet. It has been trading on
the Athens Stock Exchange (ASE), and also has a strong presence in the international stock exchanges of New York and London. The stock value amounts
to 12 billion dollars.

April 1998. COSMOTE begins commercial operations and radically changes the landscape of mobile telephony in Greece.
October 2002: Within 4.5 years of operation, COSMOTE covers over 99% of the Greek population, operating with the GSM 1800 and EGSM 900
systems. It gains the largest share of the market in contracts (1,535,051 subscribers with contracts*) and raises the total market
share to more than 38.1% and 3,368,769 customers.
COSMOTE today is not only the leading company in net new contracts, but also in customer loyalty, after showing the lowest number of
disconnections. The new millennium finds COSMOTE strong, starring in the area of mobile communications in our country.
