cosmoONE was founded in June 2000 and began its business operations in January 2001. From the very beginning, the effort has been supported by outstanding organizations, a fact that confirms the value of its work.

The share capital of the companies involved is as follows: OTE-the Greek PTT with 30.87%, COSMOTE-the largest telecom operator with 30.87%, Alpha Bank-the leading private bank in Greece with 15%, the National Bank of Greece with 10.08% and DIENEKIS Informatics with 13.18%. Today, cosmoONE is the dominant player in the field of e-commerce [B2B] in our country. Since early 2001, the company has experienced solid growth and continuous improvement of its business offerings.

The strategic objective of the company is to provide services and solutions that result in increased profitability for the businesses, by reducing their direct and/or indirect costs associated with procurement, supplies, and business activities and processes.
